The Eyeshadow Sticks

Eyeshadow Sticks

As a bit of a lazy and amateur eyeshadow applier I have become quite the fan of eyeshadow sticks, they’re quick and easy to apply;  You can also use them as eyeliner too on the lower lashline to really tie your eye look together. here is my round up of ones there are on offer…

Starting off with My little beauty the brand behind my little box a subscription service that sends you out a range of things every month (read my little dream box here)…. last months box included an eye shadow stick. I love the colour of this one and it’s very opaque and has great colour show off.

Laura Mercier (£22) also has her own range, the caviar sticks, during the New Year space NK sale I picked up a really sweet pinky colour ‘Pink Opal’ …. however I was a little disappointed that it was more glitter than colour, so I like using this one to add glitter to an eye look, easy done and no mess or fuss.

Bourjois recently released their colorband (£5.99) range and they are really fantastic. I have the colour Mauve Baroque, so beautiful and great colour show off (not just glitter). These are probably one of the best I’ve tried and they’re so cheap too.

Now on to the ambassador of the eyeshadow sticks, By Terrys Ombre black stars (£29)kick started the trend.  I have the shade Misty Rock a browny pink. It’s gorgeous and can be used for a light hint of colour for a day time look to built up for a great smokey eye. The formula is so creamy and easy to blend. They have great colours in the collection making it super difficult to choose one and making it highly probable that I will be going back to buy more.

what are your favourite eye shadow sticks?

Thanks for reading

Louise
