September Favourites

I can’t believe it’s almost October but at the same time I feel like it seems forever since I went back to work in August. I don’t feel I have that much to share this month but thought i’d still share the few that I have with a mixture of beauty and random things.

I have been loving the expert face brush from realtechniques for applying my foundation, It’s just so easy to use and I find it works better than the foundation brush. I don’t often gush over brushes but I have been really impressed with this one.
This cream blush from Revlon in charmed enchantment I bought last month has been an absolute dream to apply and wear, I posted about it at the time and it really has been a favourite this month with it being the only blush I have worn this month! You can read the post here.
I’ve mentioned in a few posts that I have noticed that my skin a little dry in particular around my nose so I have made a conscious effort to apply moisturizer in the morning and before I go to bed and I have really loved this one from Garnier ,moisture match, it smells amazing too which is always great and has really been helping with the dryness

Onto a few non-beauty favourites and I have now found a new show to be obsessed with to replace my Desperate Housewives which I’m desperate to rewatch. Anyway this time with The Office US, I loved the UK version which made it hard for me to get into the US one but after giving a few watches I am now hooked and i’m really sad as i’m on the final season, but it’s been a nice easy program to watch. With some really great characters. I think my favourites are Jim, Angela and Dwight and Andy in the last few seasons. I really love netflix what would we do without it? The scene below is one of my favourites, it’s so random and pointless but i love it.

A late in the month favourite comes from The Veronicas! You remember the musical duo? I was a big fan of them back in the day and I have been waiting for a comeback single for a while and 7 years (i think) later they have released You Ruin Me a beautiful, heart breaking ballad that is so easy to listen to with the beautiful orchestra and the vulnerable vocals. If you haven’t heard it yet here is the Youtube video.

   Thanks for reading
