I finally made it to the oxford street lush store! After failing to make it in June when I was in London for the day. If you aren’t aware the Lush store in oxford street is new and is 3 floors of fragrance greatness and also includes products sold exclusively for that store… which is pretty exciting and special when you go but quite annoying when you live in Scotland.
I’m not gonna lie… I was all about the bathbombs to be honest… I had to stop myself picking up dupletes.
And I already regret not picking up certain things (but i was also buying for my dad and little sister).
I’m not completely sure which products are exclusive to the oxford street store but i’ll link what I can for you!
So lets start with the only non bath bomb item which is the Milky Bath (£3.75) this is actually one of my favourites fragranced wise, this bubble bar has cocoa butter which I can imagine will leave your skin feeling wonderful and soft and it has orange oil and skimmed milk in it too… this sounds like it will be incredible for the skin actually… I wish there was a bath bomb version of this….
with most bubble bars you can either crumble the whole bar or do bits so it can be reusable.
Jumping on the Frozen bandwagon lush have released the Frozen bath bomb.(£3.95).. I’m always attracted to blue bath bombs because of the colour it leaves the water… I like to pretend i’m in the ocean. This has grapefruit and tunisian neroli… I researched tunisian neroli oil and apparently work very well as an anti-depressant and for treating negative emotions, anxiety and insomnia and also a aphrodisiac ooooh. You can read more here.
This has quite a floral scent tooo…. I think i’m crap with fragrances but flowers jump out at me with this.
The Guardians of the Forest bath bomb must be a oxford street exclusive as I can’t see it on the website….
This is the bath bomb I picked up for my dad as it seemed quite manly… But when I smelt it I knew I had to pick it up for myself too. The only way to describe this scent is it smells like a forrest! It’s lovely. It has rosewood oil. I’m looking forward to seeing the colour of the bath with this one too.
Intergalatic (£3.95) I had my eye on this for a while… I thought it was part of the exclusive range but It’s available online too (thank goodness) I’ve seen videos of this being popped in the bath and it looks amazing! I think this may become a firm favourite! It has peppermint in it making it smell like toothpaste… which is nice and refreshing. There is also popping candy in it.. Seriously this is just the bath bomb made of dreams isn’t it
