Fun Fun Fun at Ed’s Easy Diner

Ed's Easy Diner

I am a self-confessed burger addict, I love them so of course, I was super excited to when I found Ed’s Easy Diner at the Fort Kinnaird and since my first trip I have been obsessed! Ed’s is an old style American Diner with mini jukeboxes at the tables, I’m so into this kinda thing, Fun Fun Fun by the beach boys playing in the background while drinking the nicest milkshakes, pretending to be in the 50’s.
Since my first visit to Ed’s I have returned quite a few times and decided this time around to share the experience with you…

┬áMy go to burger is the cheese or cheese burger, a beef burger with cheddar cheese, salad, onions, pickles and Eds Diner sauce which is mouth watering good… An Ed Plate also comes with onion rings and a wee bowl of delicious coleslaw.

These Hot Dogs are also amazing, covered in griddled onions and mustard and sauce, although it might be a slight challenge finishing the dog!
Also on the menu is salads, steaks, chicken dishes and a range of different style of fries!
There is also free refills on juice and coffee.

As you can imagine an American Style Diner will, of course, deliver amazing desserts, my favourite is the Kit Kat Sundae, Cream, vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce mixed together with chunks of kit kat thrown in… it’s amazing! It’s a must… I also recommend the pancakes with Hershey chocolate sauce….
My little sister swears by their Waffles with the choice of Maple Sauce or Hershey’s chocolate sauce…
