It’s back! The World Burger Tour has arrived at Hard Rock Cafe Edinburgh with a whole  bunch of new Burgers from around the world that you’ll be able to order for a limited time. I was invited along to celebrate the arrivals.
So let’s not beat around the bush lets get into what burgers will be on offer throughout May and June!

In May the lineup includes;
Tennessee BBQ Burger (Memphis Burger, United States)  which includes BBQ Beef, pulled pork, Memphis slaw, pickles slice, Carolina sauce, crispy onions (Yes) and Cheddar cheese (double yes).
Tango Salsa Burger (Buenos Aires, Argentina) This is a feisty one with andouille sausage, salsa Criolla, monetary jack cheese, fresh arugula and fried egg (yep).
Bahn Mi Burger (Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam) This is actually my favourite from the bunch, tangy Vietnamese glaze, cucumbers, pickled vegetables, green onions on a beef patty! I love all the veg and crunchiness of it.
Olé Burger (Barcelona Spain) another fave of mine which red peppered romesco sauce, Catalan veg, goats cheese, beef patty on a toasted bun.

The June lineup features
Kimchi Burger (Seoul, South Korea) Beef patty, Sriracha-seasoned kimchi, bulgogi sauce, fresh tomato and lettuce and Sriracha mayo.
English Breakfast Burger (London, England) a beef patty with ham, a sausage patty, a fried egg, a Portobella mushroom, arugula and garlic aioli and served with side beans.  This sounds delicious!

Jambalaya Burger (New Orleans, United States) features beef patty and Cajun mayo, pickles, andouille sausage, pepper jack cheese and a jammin’ jambalaya rice cake.

Colombian Plantain Burger(Cartagena, Colombia) caramelised onions, bacon and Monterey Jack Cheese,  with molasses and topped with fried plantains on a beef patty

After we were introduced to the Burgers that were taking centre stage in Edinburgh this May and June we were whisked away on a red old school bus to drink the very best Hard Rock cocktails and see the sights of Edinburgh! (which is my fave) we also had some brownies too which were incredibly good! We also had the pleasure of having singer/songwriter Craig McMorrow accompany us on the bus singing lots of songs! He was incredible and totally set a great mood for the journey.
Whenever I visit a Hard Rock Cafe my favourite thing is to drink some cocktails/mocktails! Incredibly tasty and a great variety of choices.
I would highly recommend the Red Bus Bistro for any events was such a fun evening!
