Today I’m giving you a round up of my current favourite blushes to wear during spring and summer.
Sleeks Rose Gold (£4.49) has made one or two appearances on here before it’s one of my all time favourites but in particular during spring and summer, it gives a lovely glow to the cheeks with helping of very subtle gold shimmers running through it. It’s a great budget friendly blush and I really hold sleek up high in the best blush department (including high end).
The only high end blush to make the list is from Urban Decay’s Naked On the Run Palette and unfortunately I don’t know it’s name but I think I need to see if they do this as a single because it really is lovely, a very cute pink which goes on the cheeks perfectly, it’s so girly and will look great with a tan but also works well with pale skin too. It’s probably my favourite part of the naked on the run palette. Really really beautiful.
I heart makeup’s blushing heart (£4.99) is great, I like using this for more night time occassions because it has a lot of glitter in it, but when I use this I miss out highlighter, the mixture of the colours is beautiful and it really lightens up your complexion for a healthy glow. And well look at that packaging. Adorable, again this is really affordable and if you’re looking for a shiney, glowy cheek this is for you.
Another good one is again from Sleek (I did say they do the best blushes) and this little trio was from last summers collection, Pink Lemonade (£9.99), theres two powder blushes and one cream (I’m surprised myself at the lack of cream blushes in this round up but there you go) there is 3 great pinky colours, this on its own is all you need for the spring and summer months. Perfect for taking on your summer holidays espeically with the handy mirror. The trio comes with a pinky shade very similar too rose gold but a little less shimer , a cream blush in the middle which is more cherry like and another powder blush which is just a little bit more darker than rose gold, coral type colour. These blushes really are super pigmented but blend easily.
What are your favourite spring blushes?
