Charlotte Tilbury – Very Victoria

afterlight-29IMG_2582

Everyone knew I would give in and buy one of the new Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipsticks, i’m all over matte lipsticks!
I decided to go for a colour I could wear day to day and went with Very Victoria a shade that I have quite a few similar to and like to wear  often.
Currently being described as a 9o’s nude it is a lovely brown colour that warms the skin when on. Despite being a matte the lipstick it very moisturizing and has a slight shimmer to it.
It is one of those colours that is easily wearable for everyday but still makes a statement and can be the centre of your make up look.
The rose gold packaging is lovely also. I think I may add another one of these to my birthday wishlist because they are just too lovely.

Below is a wee selfie of me wearing it!

Gorgeous shade! I LOVE the CT line — so glad it’s available in the States now.

[…]  My Very Victoria from Charlotte Tilbury has finally got some company as I recently picked up Bond Girl (£23) from the matte revolution range. Bond Girl is another dark brown this time with more a red tone to it. A great alternative to a dark or bold and a little something more than a nude or a your lips but better.. Perfect for the upcoming Autumn and Winter season.  It has a more subtle look and I always feel like brown lipstick warms up your skin tone. […]
