2 everyday winter essentials from the bodyshop.

I am now of that ripe old age (24 by the way) where I went to the shops and thought to myself “what I really need is a nice hand cream”. I don’t know if it’s my age or the weather or the fact  i have my hands in water cleaning paint pots or dishes for work or a combination of all three but I felt like my hands were needing a little pick me up.

I had some time to spare so popped into the body shop and had a wee smell of their hand and nail creams. I’m so fussy when it comes to scents but settled on the very light Almond hand cream (£11). It reminds me of babies I don’t know why.  It keeps my hands nice and soft and all lovely.

Along with dry hands my lips have been a little chapped as of late, which is nothing new during the winter weather and as I have been a little ill, i’m obsessed with the body shops born lippy in strawberry (£2). The taste is delicious of course ,it’s nothing extraordinary but it does the job.

They’re both nice to keep in the handbag during the winter days.

I love the body shop! I have the hemp hand moisturiser and it’s amazing! I like the sound of the almond one though
